1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jkjili Casino website and any services made available through it (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jkjili Casino services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the Platform:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active jkjili account. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited.

jkjili reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the account is being used in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and responsible gaming obligations, jkjili Casino is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Same-method policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jkjili Casino offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.

10 Intellectual Property

• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jkjili Casino and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority with competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Republic of the Philippines.
